Conventional profile solutions
Special profiles are hot rolled, hot extruded, cold drawn and laminated at the production site in Schwerte. The special profiles used in the military environment are generally hot extruded, quenched and tempered, and mechanically machined products used in armored vehicles, submarines, and ships.
System components
The system components we produce are largely based on the hot extrusion process. Through targeted application-specific consulting, the requirement profile defined by the customer is first recorded in detail. On this basis, optimum solutions can then be developed and worked out, whereby in addition to a large number of complex cross-sectional shapes, a wide range of materials can also be used at the same time.
Sandwich grilles
Sandwich grilles are systems, in the case of which special combinations of compound materials prevent the penetration of projectiles or fragments through the air intake and vent openings of armoured vehicles.
