Frank joined Plymouth in 2021 as General Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience as General Manager across various industries. He is a global business leader with a main focus on process optimization, and supply chain experience and has lived and worked in Germany, the US, Australia and Brazil, conducting business in China, Southeast Asia, South Africa, West and South Europe.

He is experienced in leading large and small organizations and align the sales, finance / controlling, service, technology, SCM, production and purchasing on a corporate goal. Strong experience and skills in people management, problem solving and decision making.

Frank was a CRO for Temmler Werke Holding GmbH, Marburg, Germany a pharmaceutical company with 7 plants in Europe in 2012, revenue € 170 million and approximately 1,000 employees with the objective of restructuring and sale of the company, achieving sales +4%, EBITDA +14% over the restructuring budget, successful sale of the company one year earlier than planned.

Frank holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.B.A. from IMD in Switzerland. He is an entrepreneurial manager with a “Hand’s on“ mentality and is not afraid to bring his personality into difficult business and management situations. Frank believes in solution-oriented communication with employees, and a result-oriented task description defines which measurable results are to be achieved within the scope of a task.
